- Loot Rentals- If you’ve googled “wedding rentals in Austin,” you’ve most definitely come across Loot Rentals. They’re a mix of vintage and modern, and have some great stuff. For brass candlestick holders, they have 89 in stock, and the price is 5$ each. If you’re renting a good amount of items from them, I could see the desire to just tack on some holders to make the pick up easy.
- Bee Lavish Event Rentals- Another huge vintage lovers dream. This company has it all with lots of different collections and lounges. They have lots of different kinds of holders, but for vintage brass, They have 107, coming in at 3$ a piece per day. Not bad, probably the average in the Austin area.
- La Vie Event Rentals– Another big rental company in Austin! They rent out their brass candlestick holders in sets up 10 for 45$. I’m not exactly sure how many they have total. That means each holder is 4.50$.
- Mar Candle C0- This is a small business I recently came across that is pretty neat. They are an all in one kind of deal, where they do it all for you when It comes to candles. They break their brass candlestick holders up into size, so extra short- 2$, short- 2.50$, medium- 3$, tall- 4$, extra tall- 10$. Definitely worth checking out if you want something very customizable, and the option for someone to also take care of the candles and hurricanes (both additional charges) for you.
- Reventals- They’ve got everything for all the different parties, and it looks like great reviews. They have candlestick holders for 3$ a piece per day- the picture looks like brass, but the description says silver, so it’d be something you’d have to look more into. And I don’t think they’re vintage.
And FINALLY, Retro Vibes Collective! Hi, that’s me.
I rent out an assortment of vintage brass candlestick holders that I’ve hand picked each individually. They range in height and color slightly, and different amounts of the perfect patina on some. They hold taper candles that are about 7/8 inches wide (0.9 inches) which is the normal width. I have 100+ and currently offer them in bundles of 50 or 100. For the 50, it’s 100$, and for 100, it’s 200$.
Meaning, my vintage brass candlestick holders are only 2$ a piece!! The best rate in town. And not only are they the best price, the rental is for a full four days. Why? Because I know that planning a wedding and gathering all the rentals in one day is a LOT of work. If you’re ordering glassware as well, then delivery is available. If not, it’s an easy porch pickup at a North Austin residence.
